"Pandangan Mode yang Berbeda"

Sebagai acara kedua, publik Surabaya dan sekitarnya, terutama pecinta fotografi dan mode, pada « Festival Musim Semi Prancis » tahun ini akan dapat menyaksikan suguhan karya fotografi mode yang tak biasa, karya fotografer perempuan muda dan berbakat asal Prancis.
Lahir di Paris tahun 1977, Camille Vivier (baca : kami vivie, dengan ‘e’ seperti sore) adalah seorang fotografer yang tertarik pada mode sekaligus pada 'dunia seni'. Ia pertama kali membuat foto untuk majalah Purple. Pada tahun 1998, Camille memenangkan penghargaan fotografi pada “Festival de Hyères” ke-12, sebuah festival Mode dan Fotografi internasional. Ia juga bekerja untuk berbagai majalah seperti Mixte, Purple, l’Express style, The New Yorker dsb.
Camille Vivier pernah membuat foto untuk sampul CD grup Air, Royksopp, juga untuk perancang busana ternama seperti Stella MacCartney, Isabel Marrant atau Ventilo. Karya fotonya pernah dipamerkan di Prancis (terutama di Maison Européenne de la Photographie di Paris) serta di manca negara.
Foto-foto yang menggoda dan mengundang tanya, permainan cahaya terang dan gelap, warna yang menusuk mata, pose tubuh teatrikal dalam dekorasi natural dan keseharian kita, itu semua merupakan esensi karya Camille Vivier : sebuah sudut pandang berbeda dalam mode yang wajib disaksikan segera di CCCL Surabaya !
